After growing up on Star Wars, Ghost Busters, and Star Trek, a couple of us lucky Hot Studio designers finally got the chance to tour the beautiful Industrial Light & Magic campus in the Presidio. At the invitation of Kelly Smith, we enjoyed an inspiring three hour visit where we saw classic movie models, matte paintings, costumes, and historic posters. The work being done at ILM is simply phenomenal!
