He was empowering because he provided actionable ideas and examples, brilliant examples. I&#039;m glad you took your time to think about this before you posted --  because I hadn&#039;t stopped to think about #6 and you made me pause for a moment. It also made me think about John Bielenberg&#039;s message to &quot;think wrong.&quot;</description>
