On this monumental day, not only does America have a new President, but a new White House website, Obama-style. The Internet played an important and historical role in last year’s Presidential campaign, ushering in a new generation of politically-active Americans. And it appears President Barack Obama will continue to engage the nation with a new blog, email and video updates, and pool reports on the new whitehouse.gov. It will be interesting to see how this will impact communication and public policy.
A much needed, and long overdue, facelift for the site. Wonder if it will have a my.whitehouse.gov feature?
